Dr Thanga Katimada
MBBS, MD, MRCOG
Dr Katimada has been a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for the past 8 years and has 20 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has worked in the NHS for 15 years. She is a gold medallist in MBBS and received a letter of commendation for her performance at the MRCOG exam in 2007. She has been an award-winning teacher and trainer and has won 4 clinical excellence awards. She lives with her husband, an Obstetrician himself in Cambridgeshire.
She completed medical school and her MD degree in Bangalore, India. She worked as a senior resident in O&G at the Tertiary Referral National Institute JIPMER for 3 years. She came to the UK in 2005, and completed her run through training programme in 2012 and started working as a consultant in obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Dr Amrita Viegas
MBBS, MRCOG
Dr Amrita is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist working at the Luton & Dunstable Hospital. She has been a tutor and trainer and has a keen interest in training doctors for the MRCOG course based on the challenges she faced when appearing for the exam. She has been an acclaimed undergraduate tutor and trainer. She has regularly trained doctors facing the MRCOG practical exams and has had a 100% pass rate among her trainees. She is a mother of two and lives with her husband a Consultant in Accident and Emergency at Bedfordshire.


Dr Amrita Viegas

Dr Amrita is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist working at the Luton & Dunstable Hospital. Dr Suvalagna Chatterjee
MBBS, DGO, MD, MRCOG
Dr Chatterjee graduated from Burdwan Medical College, India. After completing the postgraduate training from India, Suva moved to the UK as an MTI trainee in Kent, where she received further training in the same and achieved the clinical excellence award as a team leader in women’s health. She is currently working under West Midlands deanery as a clinical research fellow in Urogynae.
Suva has always been interested in teaching and keen to help trainees especially overseas to perform well in exams, mainly MRCOG. She has successfully designed and organized a virtual MRCOG Part 3 course in Warwick Hospital. She has been a part of OSCE and OSLER examinations organized by the University of Warwick for the outgoing students of Warwick Medical School. She is bringing her general obstetrics and gynaecology and urogynaecology interest to the team alongside her experience in exams and work in the UK.
Dr Moumita Das
MBBS, DGO, MRCOG
Dr Das completed her graduation from Calcutta National Medical College , India where she was the topper in her medical school. After completion of her post-graduation, she came to the UK for further training. After relocating to the UK, she worked in different capacities in Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital , Lewisham Hospital, London and prestigious Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust ,Cambridge and currently pursuing her run-through specialty training in O&G in East of England deanery. She was trained in research, education and management from University of Cambridge which will help her to build different modules for this training course.


Dr Moumita Das
MBBS, DGO, MRCOG
Dr Das completed her graduation from Calcutta National Medical College , India where she was the topper in her medical school. After completion of her post-graduation, she came to the UK for further training. After relocating to the UK, she worked in different capacities in Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital , Lewisham Hospital, London and prestigious Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust ,Cambridge and currently pursuing her run-through specialty training in O&G in East of England deanery. She was trained in research, education and management from University of Cambridge which will help her to build different modules for this training course.

Dr Elvyna Lim
MBBS , MRCOG
Dr Lim is ST5 in O&G run-through trainee currently working at the Luton and Dunstable Hospital. She Graduated in 2013 from the University of Southampton and completed foundation year training on the Isle of Wight. Subsequently, she completed a year of core medical training before switching to O&G training in the East of England deanery. She has a keen interest in teaching and training. She is an excellent cake maker and has participated in a popular show called ``The Bake off” which is a nationwide competition on the BBC in baking. She lives with her husband, a General Practitioner in Bedfordshire.
Dr Emily Wright
MBBS, MRCOG
Dr Wright is currently a run through trainee in the East of England in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She played an active role in developing important services in the NHS and in teaching medical students and junior trainees. She sat in the first Virtual Part 3 MRCOG Exam and nailed it with an excellent 91% score. She is keen to impart some of her experience and insight of the examination process to other doctors planning to sit the exam. She has held virtual training sessions to train those appearing for the MRCOG examination. She lives with her husband and baby daughter in Bedfordshire.
