Dr Arunava Dhar (COO)

Experienced paediatrician with a special interest in tertiary neonates and neonatal transport currently based at esteemed Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge with insatiable desire to become a serial entrepreneur to explore technology and digital impact on health care delivery and health education.
After graduating from R.G.Kar Medical College in Kolkata, India, he worked in diverse capacities in both private and government sectors to explore both clinical and medical research opportunities in paediatrics in India. Since 2011 he has worked in 4 renowned tertiary NICU across the UK.
At present Innovation and project lead, LocANTS (Health Enterprise East award winner), consultative group member looking at models of care for Paediatrics 2040 (impact of artificial intelligence) by RCPCH and winner for different innovation & entrepreneurship platforms like Accelerate Cambridge, Cambridge University Health Partners, NHS test-bed, Transport of high-risk infants group etc.
Arunava will look after the strategy for customised needs for medics who strive to come to the best health care system, NHS.

Ranadip is an entrepreneur, a public speaker and an IT business consultant. He migrated to the UK from India and has successfully built a career in the UK. He holds an MBA from the London Business School and is engaged with Google in London. He is also involved in a number of entrepreneurial ventures in the UK Healthcare service industry. Ranadip looks after the commercial and technology interests of MedicToUK.
