Zoom Operator

We are looking for Zoom operators. You are comfortable with Zoom as an admin hosting meetings of up to 25-30 people. You are comfortable with creation of breakout rooms, managing parallel sessions running on various rooms, moving participants around breakout rooms following a roster without making mistakes, sharing presentations and audio/video with sound sharing and recording meetings. These Zoom meetings can last anywhere between 2 hours to 9 hours. 

This role is open to volunteers, students and interns as well who want to gain experience working in a professional environment within the medical education industry.

Patient actors or role players

You are comfortable, and might even find it entertaining, to role playing. You do not need any special acting skills as you are expected to act like a regular person. It is helpful if you have had previous experience of visiting a doctor but this is not absolutely required (We will train you up if you do not have previous experience). You should be able to follow a short script and instructions from a doctor. You are expected to speak English (any accent is fine as long as you are able to communicate comfortably in English). Acting sessions run for between 5 to 20 mins. Such sessions can be repeated a few times, with breaks in between, during the course of the day.
