East of England deanery candidates – Please follow the Deanery approved process for reimbursement of the fees paid.

This 2-day hybrid course is for the candidates who will appear for their MRCPCH Clinical exam in near future. This course includes examination of REAL PATIENTS and assessment, feedback and lectures by a team of experienced faculty comprised of senior NHS consultants knowledgable about the exam. The lectures will include tips and advice on structuring responses and avoiding common pitfalls.

The course will cover all clinical stations with a range of specialist faculty members spanning 2 full days to provide more depth and practice –

• Day 1: On Zoom – no need to travel. Teaching lectures, video, development and history mock stations with faculty feedback
• Day 2: In-person with real patients at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford on 1 February. More teaching lectures, clinical and communication mock stations with faculty feedback
• Day 2 car parking available onsite (subject to parking charges, please check prior about free parking). Tea/Coffee, light refreshments and lunch will be provided.

Technical requirement:

• Day 1 will be delivered online via Zoom. On-camera presence is mandatory. Please ensure a stable internet connection and a calm environment to attend the course.
• Day 2 requires mandatory presence at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford on 1 February
